Clario nimmt den Schutz deiner persönlichen Daten sehr ernst.
Diese Datenschutzerklärung erklärt, wie die App mit deinen Daten umgeht.
1. Datenerhebung und -verarbeitung
Clario erhebt keinerlei persönliche Daten.
Alle Analysen und Berechnungen finden ausschließlich lokal auf deinem Gerät statt.
Es werden keine Daten an externe Server übertragen, gespeichert oder weitergegeben.
Was Clario auf deinem Gerät analysiert:
- Metadaten von Mediendateien (Name, Größe, Änderungsdatum, MIME-Typ)
- Speichernutzung nach Datei-Kategorien (Fotos, Videos, Dokumente, etc.)
- Installierte App-Größen (öffentlich zugängliche Systeminformationen)
Diese Daten verlassen niemals dein Gerät.
Es gibt keine Cloud-Synchronisation, keine Telemetrie und keine Analyse-Tools von Drittanbietern.
2. Berechtigungen
Erforderliche Berechtigungen:
- READ_MEDIA_IMAGES / VIDEO / AUDIO – Zum Lesen und Anzeigen von Mediendateien.
- READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (Android ≤ 12) – Zum Zugriff auf externe Speicher.
Optionale Berechtigungen:
- PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS – Für detaillierte App-Cache-Statistiken. Muss manuell unter Einstellungen → Nutzungsdaten-Zugriff gewährt werden.
Nicht verwendete Berechtigungen:
- Keine Standortdaten, kein Mikrofon, keine Kamera, keine Kontakte.
3. Datenlöschung
Mit Clario gelöschte Dateien werden systemkonform über den Android MediaStore in den
systemseitigen Papierkorb verschoben. Die Verwaltung und endgültige Löschung erfolgt
durch Android selbst (nach 30 Tagen) oder durch den Nutzer.
Eine interne Datenbank speichert ausschließlich Metadaten (Dateinamen, Größen) der
in den Papierkorb verschobenen Dateien – zum Zweck der Anzeige im In-App-Papierkorb.
Diese Daten können jederzeit durch Deinstallation der App entfernt werden.
4. Drittanbieter-Dienste
Clario verwendet keine Drittanbieter-Dienste, Analyse-SDKs, Werbe-SDKs oder Social-Media-Integrationen.
5. Kinder
Clario richtet sich nicht gezielt an Kinder unter 13 Jahren und erhebt wissentlich keine Daten von Kindern.

Clario takes the protection of your personal data very seriously.
This privacy policy explains how the app handles your data.
1. Data Collection and Processing
Clario does not collect any personal data.
All analysis and calculations take place exclusively on your device.
No data is transmitted to, stored on or shared with external servers.
What Clario analyses on your device:
- Metadata of media files (name, size, modification date, MIME type)
- Storage usage by file category (photos, videos, documents, etc.)
- Installed app sizes (publicly available system information)
This data never leaves your device.
There is no cloud synchronisation, no telemetry and no third-party analytics tools.
2. Permissions
Required permissions:
- READ_MEDIA_IMAGES / VIDEO / AUDIO – To read and display media files.
- READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (Android ≤ 12) – To access external storage.
Optional permissions:
- PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS – For detailed app cache statistics. Must be granted manually under Settings → Usage Access.
Unused permissions:
- No location data, no microphone, no camera, no contacts.
3. Data Deletion
Files deleted with Clario are moved to the system trash via the Android MediaStore in a system-compliant manner.
Management and permanent deletion is handled by Android itself (after 30 days) or by the user.
An internal database stores only metadata (file names, sizes) of files moved to the trash –
for the purpose of displaying them in the in-app trash bin.
This data can be removed at any time by uninstalling the app.
4. Third-Party Services
Clario uses no third-party services, analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs or social media integrations.
5. Children
Clario is not directed at children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.

- READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (Android ≤ 12) – Per accedere alla memoria esterna.
Autorizzazioni facoltative:
- PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS – Per statistiche dettagliate sulla cache delle app. Deve essere concessa manualmente in Impostazioni → Accesso all'utilizzo.
Autorizzazioni non utilizzate:
- Nessun dato di posizione, nessun microfono, nessuna fotocamera, nessun contatto.
3. Eliminazione dei dati
I file eliminati con Clario vengono spostati nel cestino di sistema tramite Android MediaStore.
La gestione e l'eliminazione definitiva è gestita da Android (dopo 30 giorni) o dall'utente.
4. Servizi di terze parti
Clario non utilizza servizi di terze parti, SDK di analisi, SDK pubblicitari o integrazioni con social media.
5. Minori
Clario non è rivolto a bambini di età inferiore a 13 anni e non raccoglie consapevolmente dati da bambini.

3. Suppression des données
Les fichiers supprimés avec Clario sont déplacés vers la corbeille système via Android MediaStore.
La gestion et la suppression définitive sont gérées par Android (après 30 jours) ou par l'utilisateur.
4. Services tiers
Clario n'utilise aucun service tiers, SDK d'analyse, SDK publicitaire ou intégration de réseaux sociaux.
5. Enfants
Clario ne s'adresse pas spécifiquement aux enfants de moins de 13 ans et ne collecte pas sciemment de données auprès d'enfants.
